It’s got more museums than anywhere else in Europe, is packed with riverside bars and restaurants, the locals speak English - and where else can you return to Monday’s ward round having spent the weekend in prison and enjoyed it!

Many professionals are now supporting calls for sites like these to be banned in the UK. drfairytale.jpgFor reasons of National Security, ‘Mr Smith’ would not give me his real name. However, he informed me that he was “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”.

He was of slim build, blue-grey eyes, a “cruel” mouth and short, black hair. There was a faint scar of the Cyrillic letter “?” on his hand – which he informed me came from Russia “with love”. On the surface, he appears to be a healthy, attractive man.
