evil_tv_small.jpgA computer game has been developed that reduces the stress hormone cortisol by 17 percent. The social-intelligence game developed at McGill University aimed to train people to change their perception of social risks and boost self-confidence but found this additional affect. Saliva tests were taken daily from a cohort of call-centre staff who who used the game for a ‘daily workout’.
